So after taking about 600 pictures plus video I think I’m finally ready to post up my H2o coverage. H2O is easily the most anticipated weekend of the year for me and many car enthusiasts. Seeing thousands of modified cars take over such a beautiful strip on Ocean City is some what surreal. There really isn’t a better setting then Ocean City, filled with hotels lining the strip and miles of straight road to cruise up and down. This was my 5th year attending and it has gotten better every year. My crew and I stay Carousel condo’s and have loved every part of it. Recently the security has been really strict so we may be moving on to try out other condo’s. Anyway’s, on the the coverage.
Showed up at the hotel, with a parking lot full of modded cars.
As soon as we got there, the trash talk and setting up for runs started. Damn street racers.
Really bad shot, but this Volvo sounded like absolute BALLS on the strip. A complete shock. Something about 5-cylinder engines.
A couple of the hidden gems in the Carousel parking lot.
Better have your A-game with your car unless you like getting joked on by the peanut gallery above.
Walked across the street for some pizza and saw this beauty. It’s hard to tell but its dropped pretty significantly on 23 inch Porsche reps. This thing was SICK to say the least.
After some foolery at the condo, we headed out to the convention center, WAY too late. Here is Alloy, being Alloy.
There was some real quality left at the convention lot.
Madwrapz(correct me if I’m wrong) bagged on Rotiform’s with a off-white wrap. Looked great.
Sparky Mark and friend with really nice setups this year. Everyone is on Rotiforms!
Gorgeous S2K slammed on a set of CCW’s.
As we were walking back to the hotel, I found this hidden gem.
As it was about 4am that about ended our night. My coverage continues saturday at around 2pm, as we hit the car wash.
Everytime I see this car it amazes me. Crazy flares and static. Pretty crazy I saw this in Chicago and here it is in Maryland.
Smooth R32.
Bagged MK2 on Diamond Racing steelies.
One if my subtle favorites from the show. Classic E36 M. It’s crazy how low these M’s can get.
Back at the convention center, the parking lot was PACKED. First thing that caught my eye was this lowered Escalade. It really shows the randomness of the cars that attend this weekend. Things like this make it a must-attend every year.
Yep, that’s a stanced out Nissan Sentra. lol Crazy.
This was pretty interesting. Merc on Bentley wheels.
For me, this was the favorite car of the weekend. Big body BMW dropped on OZ wheels with an Alpina kit. So BOSS! Definitely had me on autotrader lol.
Another super nice 7-series.
I absolutely LOVE this Prelude. Such a classic with the RS wheels.
This Lexus was actual debuted at H2O weekend. Shows you how serious this weekend is to many.
Yep, that a small block chevy motor in a E36.
Will have more pictures of this beauty later. It’s packing something special.
This car shocked everyone. Built and painted in 2 days, sitting on 15×10 with an offset on the negative side of zero, it broke necks all weekend. It’s a daily too. Damn this EG had some road presence.
Since my father owned a couple 5000/200’s I’ve always had a soft spot for them. This one was packing 400hp.
Another Audi my father owned, the V8.
Cant help but love a rusted out 80’s Volvo on widened steelies.
Beautiful Nismo 350z on Volks.
Love the clean lines of Saab’s version of the WRX.
Bagged Audi TT on Rotiform’d RS’.
Damn, love these SRT-4’s. Corvette wheels is a great looking change from the norm.
On the subject of corvette wheels, they also look great on S4’s.
I’ll leave part 1 with a beautiful AP1 on BBS’. Hopefully I’ll have part 2 up tomorrow, with the rest of saturday. What you see so far, just scraps the bottom of the barrel. More cars to come!
