Dreams

Lets forget about jdm, euro and stance for a minute and think about some cars you dream of owning. Of course you have the exotics, but I would love to own some bad ass looking rat rods. This trailer is basically carrying my dream builds. They aren’t overly polished show car, just sick looking rods that would turn as many heads as a Lamborghini would.

Love the color on the truck in the front. Body drop ftw!

Gumball 3000

Saw this video posted on Facebook and had to share. Most people know what the Gumball 3000 race is all about. From what I’ve heard it’s 25 grand just to get in. A buddy of mine was in it last year and he said it was complete madness 24/7. This video was from a couple years ago, but it gives a little hint as to how crazy the cross country trip is.

Dedication

It takes a lot of dedication to completely restore a car. It takes even more dedication to restore a car when it’s difficult to find parts in your country. The small bumper MK2 in this video is my favorite build of all time when it comes to second generation golfs. It is really perfect in every aspect. Nothing was overdone, and every single part was replaced, OEM. It’s really great to see people from around the world with the same passions and building incredible cars.

Props.

Oni-Camber in the States

I think this first gen. GS is the first in the states to rock oni-camber on a static setup, but I could be wrong. I think it’s pretty badass. It takes so much balls to rock a car this low and wide. I’ve heard that a correct toe-in on the tires, and you save a lot of tread. Who know exactly what “alot” is, but I’m sure anything helps with such a extreme setup. Prop to the owner for going this hard.

Style Van

I don’t have kids yet, but these cambered out vans continue to grow on me. I’d love to see more guys modding these like this here in the states. I still think the next movement here is gunna be the demon camber that you see all over Japan. Maybe we just need to grow bigger balls. Oh, and a bigger bank account for all the tires we’ll be buying. Ha!

Moody Stance

I love the mood of this picture. It just wouldn’t be the same if it was in color. This GS is seriously beautiful. A simple lip and insane fitment is all this car needs. Props.

Don’t Look Down

Now, I would never build half the trucks on this video, but do have a huge respect and love for body dropped rides. There is a lot of work that goes into a body drop and I can respect the dedication that goes into a project like that. I do want to eventually have a hand at a body drop dually and vw bus so I like to keep up with the new-new in the truck world. Definitely dope to see these trucks driven so damn low.

Throwin sparks all day!

Beauty

Having a MK1 in my garage is slowly convincing me that the MK1 golf 2-door is the most beautiful body style, ever. It’s so simple, yet such beautiful lines, and the usability factor of the hatch makes the car a ultimate package. I am planning on building a small bumper, but these plastic euro bumper look so damn sexy. These cars are pimp.

True Driving/House of Tune Rabbit Project Update

It’s been a while since I updated you with my Rabbit project. The motor is out and long gone, and the 16 valve is in a ready to get wired up. My initial plans with this car was for a full restoration, but I got pretty tired of it sitting in the garage, so I want to get it on the road. The resto will come later. For now, I just want to drive the car, so it’s not going to be the cleanest swap. My deadline is Southern Worthersee. We’ll see how it goes, we have a lot of work ahead of us.

I apologize for the iPhone pics.

This is a personal dream of mine. Riding a classic cafe racer through streets of a beautiful European town.

Great, simple video showing off true beauty.
