Hitting you guys with a late night post because I know there is no way I’ll be able to get to my computer tomorrow.
This kind of aids to the fact that my addiction to cars is across the board. A really dope body dropped Chevy Suburban(?) on solid-faced wheels. Not too sure why, but I am really imagining this with a OEM light blue paint job and chillin next to the beach with a surf board. Any one else seeing that? haha. Bad ass non-the-less.
I really haven’t posted a motorcycle in a while. There are a couple reason why I absolutely love 70’s motorcycle’s. You can really change them into anything. Cafe racer, brat, bobber, chopper, dirt tracker, heck you can even modernize it with late model forks and swing arm. So much potential. I can’t wait til I can get my hands on one myself. The Honda CB350 below was built by Vintage Customs, with a cafe/brat style that is done to perfection. Damn this must be a BLAST to ride!
Another addition to feed that classic addiction a lot of us have, is a pair of classic Nissan Skyline’s. These two are owned by a two guys associated with Fatlace over in Cali. I think most of us would dream to own either one, let alone get a chance to modify them to the state these are in. Mark’s newest addition to the Hakosuka is the Work CR01 wheels. Which are a favorite for me, with 15×11’s in the back and a lovely fat tire. It fills the fender and improves fitment over the last set of wheels he had. I am truly in love!
I will always and forever post Stephen Brooks films, simply because he creates some of the best work as far as car content is concerned.
I have a lot of respect for the lowrider guys out in Cali. For them, cars aren’t just a hobby, it’s a lifestyle. It’s simply what they know, what they’ve grown up to know, and what they will teach they’re kids to know. It’s more then just being internet famous. You can’t knock that. So whether your into lowrider’s or not, always show them love. You can always admire that type of passion.
Of course the Scion FRS is basically the same car, but I have been hearing the Subaru has better suspension as well as other small additions. As for me, since there isn’t a Toyota emblem on the car, I rather see a Subaru emblem then a Scion. But that’s just me. I have to say I am really impressed how well this car came out. I looks good, I mean it looks REALLY good. I have no doubt that this car will soon become an instant classic and seeing modified examples from around the world. The picture below is an example of this car’s potential, at least visually. Great to see a new F/R car that is both affordable and great looking.
Super busy today so I’ll keep this short and sweet. As these old school classic Merc’s get more popular, I am dying to see more on aftermarket wheels. Here is one of the few I’ve seen, not rocking the stock wheels. I am really loving this. Although they have an old school feel, I really love the bigger, modern wheels on a old school car. Nothing over the top, nothing extremely subtle. A great mix of class and style.
Every now and then I’ll come across a picture of a MK1 that just looks absolutely perfect. Some followers can remember I am building a MK1 myself, but due to some circumstances the build was put to the side for the time being. It sucks, but I am confident I will have it up and running for H2Oi. Anyways, I came across another great and simple MK1. White, with euro bumpers and Rotiform VCE’s in 14’s. Some may say it’s small size but I think it looks perfect in this case. I love the old school feel to the wheels.
I have slowly realized I have a small addiction with classic cars. Whether they be European, JDM, American, or any other market, there is just something about a classic car that gets me every time. In this latest post a beautiful 240Z makes an appearance, with orange paint, fender flairs and Watanabe wheels. Line’s of a car like this will never get old.

I am really liking Depth of Speed is doing with their short web videos. Like I said before, you really get to see the the store behind the car and the passion of the owner. Also really cool to see his collection. A Datsun wagon and a Toyota pickup. Two very different and very unique cars that are equally cool.

One of the most recognizable volkswagen’s to the enthusiast is usually the MK2. With classic body lines, numerous motor swap possibilities, and looking good on a ton of wheels, no wonder it’s so popular. With my brother trying to restore his own, I’ve been noticing parts are gettting harder and harder to find. I guess that just comes with a car that is so old. Anyways I came across this small bumper MK2 and thought it looked damn good. Not too sure if I would rock all white RS’ but they still do look good.
