I have been talking a lot about car related videos and how they all seem to be the same. Don’t get me wrong, there are some talented guys out there, but I’m getting tired of seeing videos of a camera on a glidetrack going back and fourth the entire video. I’m not saying, if you produce a video it has to be an elaborate production, I understand people simply do it for fun. BUT those that do charge, eh, please continue to step your game up and better yourself. Props to those that do. I have ALWAYS been a fan of Stephen Brooks videos because he simply knows how to put together a perfect video. It takes a ton of skill to put together something so good. And for that I give him a lot of respect. Check out his latest addition, showing how a night vid should be done!
When I originally stertad brickfilming it was purely for pleasure. But after I discovered the YouTube world, things changed. Since then, the brickfilms I make have really been for my audience and not as much for fun. However, there is a good amount of satisfaction that comes with finishing a film. Overall, this ended up causing problems like it has for many brickfilmers. In my opinion, brickfilming needs to be primarily for fun and personal enjoyment or you will loose interest in it.
I make them for myself! I could care less of my Subscribers oiipnons if its bad or good! Because for me there all good and if someone says different I don’t care! Purely because I make it for myself! It easier that way, and more enjoyable.
