I usually wouldn’t post something like this up, but this crash reminds me of Isle of Man. It shows how brave these riders are to go full lock on these street courses. It says in the comments that the crashed rider “only” suffered a broken arm, which is why I didn’t mind posting it. It must have been crazy riding through a flame.

I love when aftermarket company’s come out with “body kits” that make the oem lines more aggressive. I never saw a need to change the way a car looked out the factory until it accentuates the lines that are already there. The R34 below is a perfect example of this. It’s very aggressive but not over the top. Not too sure if I like the wheels but it’s a great looking car regardless.
Ok, so for many of us, street racing has died. It is a pretty sad thing, because most of the car guys, that I have had fairly long friendship’s with, all came from meeting at these street races. Most of us understand that the whole “stance” movement really is was caused street racing to die, but there are many many other contributors, in my opinion, to street racing’s death. It turned into a movie for many people. Once people starting thinking selfishly and thought themselves invincible, the scene just got annoying. All the OG’s just got tired of the bull sh*t. I mean, there would be nights where we would be out from 11-6am, and never have a race go down. Or have a race be clearly won, and the guys who lost wouldn’t give up the money for some reason(excuse) or another. Once it just got to be about the money, it died. Most of us didn’t mind the trash talking, long nights, and bull sh*t runs. It was about enjoying the experience and having that “rush” of running from the cops every now and then. Sad to say, but I don’t think it will ever go back to those days.
Here is a video of a recent race. Although street racing still goes on, the real, money runs are few and far between. You also see the crap that goes on now.
Ok, since SO MANY people have been asking, I finally found time to edit and post up pictures from the Harlem Meet. Didn’t get to attend the first meet so I was pretty excited. And I finally was about to figure out what was wrong with my air ride so I could FINALLY bring my car out. When I got there, I got caught up talking to so many people, I forgot to take pictures of most of the cars out there. Here are the better pics of the night before the cops came and shut it down.
I really don’t like how they came out, but I am slowly learning.
Ok, I’m downtown for fashion night out, so I’m posting this up on my homegirls iPad. Hopefully it comes out good. I believe I posted up the teaser for this video. But as many know RWB will now have shops in Bangkok and California. Here is a really great video of the man himself doing what he does best, building the most outrageous Porsche’s ever. He is a true artist and I think this video explains that extremely well. Owning a RWB’d Porsche is now on the top of my must-buy lists. You know your getting quality.
I remember when these guys first surfaced back when the popular thing was to slam your car until it was undriveable. Then they kind of died off. There cars were aways pretty crazy and seeing their updates on the forums and such was cool. But it seems like they didn’t die off. Maybe they just wen’t into hibernation? Anywho, they are still around and here in the latest video from them.
With many people going back to old school wheels and restoring/customizing them for there cars, the manufacturers have been paying attention. Many, including Enkei have re-introduced some of their old school wheels. I think it’s a great idea. Modern made wheels with an old school look. It’s a win-win.
This video was really something I had to share. Such a great edit and shoot of the Lamborghini Museum. Quality work. If you have a couple minutes take a look.
I really love cars that not many people know about. Especially cars that come from a company such as Lamborghini. Ask a car guy what a Urraco is, half the time they won’t have a clue. Many of these cars look great, but just didn’t win in the popularity vote. I came across these couple pictures of a resto-mod Urraco and I just had to share. I love everything about it! Or maybe I just have a soft spot for 70’s Exotics. Who knows. But check it out!
Some people won’t agree with me after looking at the pictures of this silver Acura TSX but this is one of those cars you just have to see in person to get. I have been realizing over the years that cars just don’t look the same in a picture on some forum, as seeing it in person. Many are so fast to criticize when they don’t REALLY know what the car looks like. Anyways I absolutely love this TSX, with a oem lip kit and very wide, very cambered CCW’s, I don’t know how you couldn’t. We just won’t get into the practicality arguement. Just enjoy a good looking car.
