We seemed to be filled in a tuner world of form over function. Ten-fifteen years ago it was all about racing and making your car faster and lighter. Making the car look good was secondary. Now if your car doesn’t look good, it’s not getting in a show. I have been following this Prelude build for a while now and it’s been all about a quality build with appearance being the main focus. I recently saw this picture and thought it was a refreshing change. The car still looks great but he added a bit of function and performance. The engine bay no longer has as clean a look as it did before, but it packs a 4 channel AEM, which is why you see the 4 O2 sensors. It allows the tuning of each cylinder. It ain’t pretty, but it sure does add a crap load of performance and is done right. You really can’t hate on that. Although it may not look good, it’s still a piece of art. Props.

Like every year, Eibach never seems to disappoint. The amount of quality cars is staggering. Hell, the amount of cars attending alone is staggering. I really am considering attending this show in the upcoming years. Since I didn’t go I am patiently waiting for coverage to surface. I was going to wait a little longer for The Chronicles since he has THE best coverage from anything Tuner related on the west coast, but I think I have enough content for a least one part. I swear every year is see the pictures from this show, and I want to buy a Honda. On to the cars.
I’ll start with the RSX’s. It seems like they are getting very popular. Love the white on white with Work CR-KAI wheels.
Another insane RSX. Just look at that bay!!! Chromed everything with a crazy turbo setup.
As the 2-door Accord being one of the options for my next beater, these are looking better and better. the Work Emotion XD-9’s are a great fit.
GREAT looking 2-door sitting on Rota Grid’s.
I’ve been waiting to see the Work Meister CR-01 on a hatch. Look great with white centers on the Laguna Seca Blue EK.
The Si has to be one of my favorite Civic’s. This one is simple yet perfect with the Backyard Special front bumper and Regamaster Evo wheels.
I LOVE these 4-door EF Civic’s! Something about the classic boxy lines. This CLEAN example is dropped on Volk TE-37’s.
I will always have a soft spot for CRX’s. This one is modded to perfection with Spoon wheels and brakes, JDM body parts, Vision mirrors, and great looking front flairs.
Posted this one for Alloy. Black on black 4-door with various JDM parts and a B-series swap. Wheels appear to be Weds Sports.
I am posting this car up purely for the respect of the owner. This car is build with NOTHING but quality parts. I’m sure he’s easily 30 grand into it. Thats dedication.
Another really really clean EF sitting on SSR Type F wheels.
Love DA Integra’s. This 4-door does it for me dropped on some old school Work Ewing’s.
Great looking white Integra with a JDM front sitting on a set of polished Regamaster Evo’s.
LOVE this brown wingless DC with another JDM front sitting on Work Equip 03’s. Pretty much perfect.
Ugh, seeing this DA makes me want one really badly. Great green sitting perfectly on Buddy Club P1 Racing SF wheels.
This to me is the nicest DC out right now. Mirror black paint with a JDM front end, backyard special front bumper, Mugen rear wing, Recaro’s, Spoon brakes, Vision mirrors, Regamaster Evo’s, and the sexiest most brilliant K-swap I have ever seen. Seriously.
I’ll end this post with the ultimate Honda. This clean NSX is sitting on mint set of NSX spec Mugen M7’s. Believe this is Rywire’s car.
I will most likely have another post on this show. Just so many great cars.
