I don’t know about other people, but a car doesn’t always need to be a show stopping, with thousands invested, type of deal to catch my attention. Sometimes that classic car with the first set of wheels and fitment is all I need. Hell if you can tell the paint on the car is fading badly, but its dropped so nicely on a set of Rotiforms that it almost doesn’t matter. It’s perfect in it’s own way.

I don’t think there was ever a story, car related, that has been so magical in the volkswagen community. I actually remember seeing a MK3 year and years ago, being built, on vortex with fresh candy deep red paint and a set of chrome wheels I had never seen before. The car was on air with perfect subtle body mods and was thought to be the perfect MK3, and this was before it was even done. There were 2 maybe 3 pictures total that ever surfaced on the car, and then it was never seen or heard of again. And I’m talking year! Well at a recent show out it Cali the ghost of a car FINALLY made its public debut. It’s pretty crazy seeing such an iconic build, done. Personally, I have never seen a better MK3. It’s perfect in more ways then one. The Unicorn is here!
Guess what guys! Back again with episode 3 of the Monkee Trip. Like I’ve said before in the previous posts, there is nothing like riding, so I could only imagine what a road trip with your buddies on classic motorcycles through Europe would feel like. It’s all about the freedom of the ride.

It sure did look like a crap load of fun!
Enjoy!

It’s think it’s so badass to take a long ass torturous trip on these vintage two wheel creations. Pile them with as much as you can, and just ride. Although I would honestly be stopping at a hotel haha. The Wrench Monkees sure do know to build some great bikes. Great video on a trip that I would love to take, just a hotel stop of course. lol

Whether its stance or horsepower or just simple beauty, I just love coming across these pieces of art. It’s jus something you can stare at and, most of the time, wonder, how the heck did they do that?? This Cobra, which I hear is actually a re-bodied Suzuki, takes many things to another level. Just having a slammed “Cobra” takes a ton of thinking outside the box, and a little craziness too. Haha. Of course this is in Japan! Add a set of Volks and you have a seriousssssss head turner. I wonder how it performs? Damn, but I sure do love it.
I have a large soft spot for original mini coopers. Just something about the styling that will never get old. Kind of that, a lot of fun out of a small package, deal. Which in my opinion never gets old. Great short video of a shoot done in a great setting. Props.
