Now that the GTI is sold I can focus a little more on the Rabbit. I’ll be on a part ordering frenzy in a week or so to get everything I need to get the car on the road and running. I’m excited to say the least. Here is a small update, we basically got most of the wiring untangled and set up in the bay. A couple steps closer.

Well, I’ve finally sold my GTI. I really hate selling cars I’ve owned for so long, but I do believe it was time to move on to the next project. I feel like I’m satisfied with the build and to continue modding it would include tons of cash. I rather just start something fresh. Anyways, had tons of memories with the car and I’d like to give a HUGE thanks to everyone involved in the car in any way. The guys at SNTRL did a photo shoot of it yesterday. I took a couple shots myself, but I don’t want to take away from them so I’ll just give a sneak peak. Again, the car will be missed, but I can’t wait to see what’s next for me.
The final picture before he drives off with it. Hope he enjoys the car!
I love running into cars I’ve never seen before. The yearly JCCA New Years Meet in Japan always brings out my favorite cars in the world; Japanese classics. There is always a car that pops up on the blogs that I’ve never seen before. Autongraphic did a bunch of posts of the show and this TE47 Sprinter Trueno GT caught my eye. Beautiful classic Japanese lines with a “bug-eye” looking front end. I love it! He had mentioned it was for sale for around $12k USD, if only I had a connect in Japan! SMH!
I haven’t done one of these for a while. I really love when big classic american cars are done with a smoothed body and slammed on air. The body line are so beautiful there car rarely needs anything. Raw american beauty with a slight modern twist. Anyways, I found this picture and love the car but I’m not sure what it is. So any help? It’s looks to be a Lincoln, maybe a Cadillac, but I’m sure I’m way off.
Lets forget about jdm, euro and stance for a minute and think about some cars you dream of owning. Of course you have the exotics, but I would love to own some bad ass looking rat rods. This trailer is basically carrying my dream builds. They aren’t overly polished show car, just sick looking rods that would turn as many heads as a Lamborghini would.
Love the color on the truck in the front. Body drop ftw!
Saw this video posted on Facebook and had to share. Most people know what the Gumball 3000 race is all about. From what I’ve heard it’s 25 grand just to get in. A buddy of mine was in it last year and he said it was complete madness 24/7. This video was from a couple years ago, but it gives a little hint as to how crazy the cross country trip is.
