I’ve been wanting to post something on Ben Spies recent MotoGP win. It has been a very long time since any American won a GP race so this win was very special for many reasons. He really rode a flawless race and it was much deserved. Ben Spies also rides on the Yamaha team and it was Yamaha’s 50th anniversary. It was pretty awesome how things worked out. Pictured below is Ben’s bike with the 50th anniversary livery.
